Hello friends!

This is an interest post for people who might be interested in playing in a short term game (~a month) inspired by The Most Dangerous Game short story!

If you've never read the short story, you can read it here in full. It's quite short, so I recommend refreshing yourself even if you have! The basic idea is that characters will arrive on a deserted island and will be participating in a game of human hunting. The mechanics will take a similar form to Mafia games where characters will be pit against each other, though the mechanics and roles will be slightly different to account for the setting, so just take the Mafia-styling as being very general where the characters will ultimately be voting daily to execute one of their own.

The pace might shift depending on interest to account for a steady progression, but in general, I'm thinking a pace similar to dreamsland. If you're not familiar or just need a general refresher, the day period will take place over 2 ooc days, with the beginning of the day ic being one ooc day and the trial and voting portion/end of the day being another. Night will then take place over 2~3 ooc days.

This is neither a reserve nor is it a commitment! However, to figure out some mechanics, I want a general idea of how many characters we should be expecting. Doubles will be allowed (with first characters getting priority), and if there's a lot of interest, I'll likely cap around 40 characters since that's the amount I find feasible to run.
