the general - night five.

THE GENERAL night five

Instead of waking up in the jungle, you wake up elsewhere. This is the square where The General comes to decide what to do, and Ivan patiently sits on a bench, though she's as impassive as ever to what's going on. Each of you has your own foxhound who's barking happily to welcome you back. They'll help you find who you choose to hunt tonight.

After all, you're saving them.

You have a little while to discuss who you'll hunt tonight, but don't linger too long, since you only have until dawn.

[Alright well we lost murdermom. This... hurts a lot, and honestly, Hinata can't approach Clarine right away. Not because he blames her, but because he's having some SHSL Issues as a result of (seeing himself as) being largely responsible for Gi-ne's death.

Eventually, though, he does venture over, wordlessly taking a seat beside her, close enough that his shoulder bumps hers on the way down. Another moment, then he shifts to move one arm. If she wants a hug, he'll do that. If not, he won't mind.

He's just going to silently grieve beside her either way.]

[She doesn't mind giving him his space--she knows it must have hurt Hinata a lot as well. Gi-ne had always been there for the both of them, encouraging them and protecting their fragile weenie hearts from Tsuru and Hijibaka, and to have lost her almost feels unreal.

So when he offers her that one-armed hug, she just leans into it.

It's not as though he's Klein, certainly not. But...she feels some sort of affection either way.

But for now, silently grieving--but knowing they're not alone--is the best they can manage.]
