THE GENERAL day conversations ![]() Need to talk with your fellow killers during the day? Look no further. Please avoid group conversations, since it's not realistic that this many people would slip away unnoticed! This should be for one-on-one conversations only. Please include the day the conversation takes place and the relative time in your subject line. |

Day 1
[In any case, for now she's washing her hands.]
no subject
There you are. [ He doesn't even bother to knock. Whatever. ]
That display earlier, what is the meaning of that?
no subject
[Doesn't seem surprised and waits until she's turned off the tap and started drying her hands to turn around.]
What display are you talking about?
no subject
The well. In the middle of the day too! What happened.
[ SIGHS... ] Who did it?
no subject
[Huffs and crosses her arms too.] I thought it was one of you guys. It looked like someone just dumped his body there, he was face down in the water.

But she has blood from his wound on her fingers, and so she has to head in to clean up, eyes downcast and body language defeated.
PERFECT TIME TO CORNER HER, REALLY let's have all of our major talks in bathrooms.]
no subject
This way, miss. Come on now, it's okay.
[And, with any luck, to any sneaky spies she hasn't noticed she'll just look like a normal, concerned adult trying to comfort an obviously upset child.]
no subject
Clarine is at least aware enough to play along, nodding quietly and trailing after quietly (though that in and of itself is weird from her).
She frowns when they're in the bathroom, door closed.]
What...what is it, Gi-ne?
no subject
Well, to start with, you really should wash your hands. A lady should probably look clean and tidy, right?

Also it'd just be plain weird for everyone to be going to the same bathroom, too. Instead, Hinata can be found investigating the area around the well, within the trees and reasonably out of sight of all but the snoopiest people.]
Oh, hey.
[Raising a hand in greeting! What's up.]
no subject
Eventually her walk takes her back to the well and eventually to Hinata's side.] Hey. [Leans against a nearby tree.] Find anything?
no subject
[No one sounds more frustrated than Hajime Hinat at the lack of evidence to be found. How is he supposed to prepare for class trial without them? Or... something. He doesn't exactly know what to expect from the people here, but no evidence is not good.]
That detective -- Ema Skye? She seems to think it was accidental. Said there were no signs of foul play, but that that guy had an antagonistic nature.
no subject
[Come on, guys, be mature.]
Speaking of which, just checking, did you do it?

Hm... Ah! There's one. ]
You, what are you doing here? [ Alright, uh... Time to be discreet? ] I was just getting some water, do you know where the bathroom is?
Who The F
What, I can't go to the bathroom without being interrupted? Come on, it's this way.
[ Still, he understands the implications, guiding Hijikata to the Official Generals Bathroom. When they do get to the bathroom, he shuts the door with a light kick. ]
What's up?
Ah yes... The Battle Bathroom
Anyway. You saw what happened near the well, right? So speak now, did you do it?
The Battle Bathroom Of Master Planning
[ Listening to Hijikata speak, he folds his arms across his chest. ] I saw. It was interesting, really!
But no, it wasn't me. I'm pretty excited for this murder business and all, but pushing kids down a well just isn't my idea of fun, you know?
From what it looked like, it seems likely that he got himself into that situation. Do you agree?

day 2 (after body discovery)
However he was shocked like everyone else when he saw the sick display her corpse had been made into. Even more shocked because he knows for a fact that neither he nor Hijitaka were responsible for it. So what the hell is going on.
That's all Orion can think of as he sits in a secluded corner of the mansion alone, not yet ready to go out and be part of the investigation.]
no subject
And then she spots Orion.] You.
[She grabs Orion by the collar and drags him down the hall towards the bathroom- luckily not far- and just about throws him in. Then she follows and (with great focus) quietly closes the door.]
... What the hell did you two get up to last night?
no subject
[He doesn't have enough time to react to getting grabbed, but doesn't fight against it - only because he doesn't want them getting caught in a confrontation together.
Once they're there he takes his helmet off and rakes a hand through his hair, clearly frustrated.]
That wasn't us, I swear. ["That" obviously being what happened to Ema. What else could she be angry about?] Believe me, I was as shocked as you!
no subject
[Crosses her arms and glares him down.] Those kids asked you two to give her a quick death! That wasn't in the plan!

Day 7....weenie cru last mafia standing
... ... ... ]
Hinata... Hijikata was not at breakfast.
no subject
I found his sword. A-and Okita's.
[They're alone now, and Hinata just turns and slams his fist into a tree. He really is taking after Matt.]
Dammit...
no subject
W-what was he... what was he doing? We kept our end of the promise! We showed up at breakfast after--
[Well, they both know.]
H-how dare he leave us behind after that!
no subject
[Hinata pauses from punching the tree because wow how does Matt do that, this really hurts??? and just rests his forehead against it, trying to calm down. It's not that successful.]
I-it's just the two of us now, s-so... we need to keep going. It's hard, but we... we have to do this. They're all counting on us...
[His voice is breaking. He never asked for this kind of responsibility. He doesn't want it!]
