the general - night one.
THE GENERAL night one ![]() Instead of waking up in the jungle, you wake up elsewhere. This is the square where The General comes to decide what to do, and Ivan patiently sits on a bench. Each of you has your own foxhound who's barking happily to welcome you. They'll help you find who you choose to hunt tonight. After all, you're saving them. You have a little while to discuss who you'll hunt tonight, but don't linger too long, since you only have until dawn. character statuses profiles All night votes will be due August 10th by 5PM EST |

How...shall we know who if we have yet to speak with them?

[she supposes
anyway right--people she's spoken to]
I have also spoken with a fair number of the people here, if only due to the fact that there is little point in remaining separate. We are already on a barbaric, classless island. [WINNING FRIENDS HERE, CLARINE]
I have spoken with Kashuu, Rei, Stocking, Lord Hector naturally...Orca and Rena and [here her lip curls] Prince Auger... Urashima, Yamato, Matt and Shijima. The others I do not believe I spoke with enough to be of note in the least.

[He lists them by going through the profiles, and just kind of... pauses at the end. Slow your roll, Hinata, that's so many people.]
...I guess it doesn't matter if it's anyone I've talked to, then.
no subject
No, I would suppose not. Simply continue...speaking with every single person, or whatever it is you do.

[Protag's gotta protag.]
I know we mentioned Kurookano earlier, but... that Kamui person, too. He voted for Ivan in the trial. It got randomized, but...
no subject
I do not wish for Ivan to be in danger either.

[Doesn't seem to think they have to worry about Hinata being a suspect. Gi-ne peeks around Hinata's shoulder to look over the profiles as well.]
Ah, you really did talk to everyone... Doesn't Aizawa look like an easy target?
no subject
[A lot of people. Kamui instead of Fuuma because jade can't read profiles but you know.
I don't think... looking sad is going to be hard, no matter who it is.]
You're right about Aizawa, though, but I mean... he's listed as having "ordinary human skills," but his age is all wrong for that to be it.

[That's way outside his scope of experience! But then again... letting someone ordinary out of the game as soon as possible seems right to Hinata. He knows he'd want out if he had any choice.]
But yeah, I guess you're right. He's probably not a bad person to... take out.

I just thought he'd be easy... I don't think he did much today though, so maybe he's not a threat. You said we can't kill that chair girl and Stocking might be targeted by them so... Who else?

[He closes his eyes to think more carefully... maybe he's trying to Logic Dive?? He can't do that without evidence bullets, though. Alright, time to go back and look over everything, starting from Trancy's death.
...]
The detective. Ema Skye. I mean, we want to make extra sure there's no evidence to point back to us, and... she's a detective. She even had like, fingerprinting powder or something earlier.

[She kicked Clarine away from the body.]
She seemed very...aware. And the others listened to her.
no subject
I mean, if it gets her out of this game, it's... for the best.
[He feels like he's going to be sick, still.]

her shoulders slump.]
... We must do this... we must, we must.

[Says the two who aren't going to be doing the actual killing.]

[Yep, he definitely feels like he's going to be ill.]
no subject
It's a good idea. Well done, you've helped a lot tonight.
no subject
[Is he the one who really picked who's going to get killed? He... doesn't really want that murder, now that it's come down to it.]
I... don't know if I should say thanks, for that.
[Just... finally starts paying attention to his puppy again instead of looking at her. Dogs make everything better.]
no subject
[This is on such a smaller scale than the killing she's used to, it's almost not that bad. But she remembers how it felt to watch people die and kill them herself while on purge.]
... Will you give it a name?
